Deep cleaned without the drenching
Upholstery is trickier than carpet. The foam underneath holds water, the fabric can shrink or watermark, and a badly done job leaves a sofa that smells damp for a week. So we use the same low-moisture approach as our carpet system: powerful cleaning solutions, gentle agitation, minimal water.
Stains, body oils and trapped odours come out. The colour and texture stay. Most suites are dry within a few hours.

Pet stains and odours, gone at the source
Air fresheners and supermarket sprays cover pet smells with perfume. The smell comes back on the first rainy day, because the bacteria causing it are still in the fibres.
Our pet package works differently. Enzyme treatments break down urine, mud and organic mess at the molecular level. Then Bactoshield, an antimicrobial treatment, stops the mould and bacteria that cause resistant odours from re-establishing. What's left is fabric that's actually clean, not fabric wearing cologne.

Upholstery questions, answered
How long does a sofa take to dry?
Most fabric suites are dry and usable within a few hours, often sooner. Because we use very little water, there's no soggy foam and no damp smell hanging around for days.
Can you clean leather furniture?
Yes. We clean and condition leather, which lifts grime and body oils and keeps the hide supple. Conditioning matters: leather that's cleaned without it dries out and cracks.
Will pet urine smells actually go away?
Yes, when they're treated at the source. Enzymes break down the urine compounds themselves, and the antimicrobial treatment stops the bacteria coming back. Fragrance sprays can't do either of those things.
Is it safe for my pets afterwards?
Completely. The solutions are non-hazardous and biodegradable, and once the fabric's dry your pets can go straight back to their spot. Knowing pets, they will.
